The City of Pemberton has adopted the Minnesota State Building Code. Please contact the City Clerk at 869-3650 BEFORE you do anything!! Some projects may just need to go before the Zoning Board while other projects will need a Building Permit so it is BEST to contact the City Clerk to find out which kind of permit you need!
