New reservations made on or after April 1, 2025, we require:
- 50% non-refundable down payment and Contract are due at time of booking.
- 50% non-refundable balance is due 60 days prior to your rental.
- $250 security deposit (damage & cleaning) is due at the time of key pickup.
Contract pages 1, 3, and 4 can be mailed or emailed.
All checks can be made payable to the City of Pemberton.
Checks must be dated with a current date (no postdated check).
Security deposit (damage and cleaning) will be cashed after the event for damages beyond normal wear and tear and for cleaning beyond the expected condition.
